By using Silver Saathi, you agree to these terms. Please read them — they are written simply and clearly.
1. About Silver Saathi
Silver Saathi is a voice-first AI companion app for elderly parents, developed and operated by Anamika Bajpai. The app is available at saathiai.health and on the Google Play Store.

2. Who Can Use Silver Saathi
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
- You may use Silver Saathi to assist elderly family members
- Silver Saathi is intended for personal, non-commercial use
3. What Silver Saathi Is (and Is Not)
Silver Saathi is a companion and reminder tool — not a medical device or substitute for medical advice. Always consult a qualified doctor for medical decisions. Saathi's medicine reminders are a convenience feature only.
- Silver Saathi can help set reminders, answer general questions, and provide companionship
- Silver Saathi cannot diagnose illness, prescribe medicine, or replace professional medical care
- SOS alerts notify your nominated contact — they are not a substitute for emergency services (call 112 in India)
4. Your Account
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure
- Do not share your account with others
- You can delete your account at any time — see our Account Deletion page
5. Subscriptions and Payments
- Free trial: 7 days, no credit card required
- Founding Member plan: ₹99 for 3 months (limited availability)
- Pro plan: ₹299 per month
- Payments are processed by Dodo Payments. We do not store your card details.
- Subscriptions are non-refundable for partially used periods unless required by law

6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use Silver Saathi for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse our systems
- Upload harmful, abusive, or misleading content
- Use Silver Saathi to harass or harm others
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
7. Our Content and Intellectual Property
The Silver Saathi app, name, design, and content are owned by Anamika Bajpai. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute any part of Silver Saathi without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Silver Saathi is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Anamika Bajpai is not liable for:
- Any reliance on AI responses for medical or emergency decisions
- Service interruptions or data loss
- Any indirect or consequential damages from using Silver Saathi
9. Changes to the Service
We may update features, pricing, or these terms. We will notify you by email for material changes. Continued use after notification means you accept the changes.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
