Delete Your Silver Saathi Account
You can request account deletion at any time. All your data will be permanently removed.
How to Request Deletion
Step 1 — Send an email to support@saathiai.health
Use this subject line:
Delete My Account - [Your Registered Email]
Example: Delete My Account - priya@gmail.com
Step 2 — Include your details in the email
Include your registered name and the email address or phone number associated with your account so we can locate and verify your account.
Step 3 — We confirm and complete deletion
We will send a confirmation email within 7 business days. Deletion of all your data will be completed within 30 days of your confirmed request.
What Gets Deleted
The following data will be permanently and irreversibly deleted:
- Your name, email address, and phone number
- All chat conversation history with Silver Saathi
- Medicine reminders and prescription data
- Voice notes and memory diary entries
- Family Dashboard data
- Account preferences and settings
- Subscription and billing history (payment records held by Dodo Payments may be retained per their policy)
Before You Delete
Important: If you have an active Founding Member or Pro subscription, please cancel it before requesting account deletion.
Email support@saathiai.health to cancel your subscription first. We do not offer refunds on partially used subscription periods.
Data Retention After Deletion
Once deletion is confirmed, all personal data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days. Anonymised, non-identifiable usage statistics may be retained for product improvement.
